Sulfuric acid is a dangerous and corrosive substance, which determines the material and nature of the container.The vehicles used to transport liquid in the market are generally sealed tank type vehicles, the common materials are Q235 carbon steel, 304 stainless steel (chromium 18 nickel 9), aluminum alloy and so on.However, except for concentrated (heavy) sulfuric acid with a density of more than 1.8, the relatively small dilute sulfuric acid solution will react with the above metal materials and corrode the tank.For the transport of dilute sulfuric acid in our company, the tank is lined with plastic, and a layer of polyethylene (commonly known as plastic) is attached on the inside and outside of the tank, which will not react with polyethylene, thus achieving the purpose of anti-corrosion.
