Introduction: A concrete mixer truck, also commonly known as a cement mixer truck or concrete transport truck, is a specialized vehicle designed to transport and mix concrete from batching plants to construction sites. Its core function is to ensure that the concrete remains in a homogeneous, workable state during transportation, preventing premature setting and guaranteeing the quality of the final concrete structure.
Function: It consists of a Truck chassis and special devices, including a power take-off, hydraulic system, reducer, mixing drum and cleaning system. The power take-off device converts the chassis power into hydraulic energy, driving the mixing drum at a speed of 2-6r/min to maintain the uniformity of concrete.
